Refund & Cancellation Policy


For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your total order or part order before your food has been dispatched, we will refund the entire/cancelled order amount.

If the cancellation is after your food has shipped:

-    If you received the food, it will be eligible for exchange, only in case it is dis-satisfactory.

If amount getting debited from customer account and the material got cancelled, Onyyx India will refund the cancelled amount and Onyyx India service charges electronically(as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

Onyyx India's payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, Onyyx India offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions. 

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 - 20 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If you think, you have received the food in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person on the spot. We will not entertain any returning of the product once delivery is been received. Also, please call our customer care at 022 - 25106500 or email us at info@onyyxindia.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will be responsible for any Non delivery / wrong delivery of foods, quality of foods, delay for any reason.

We will exchange it or deliver it on the next specified mutually agreed date. From same or different mode of delivery source.

If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction.
